Technical Details
Orchid Telecom have developed the CPS Dialler, also known as the Smart Box, LCR Dialler and Auto Dialler.
The CPS Dialler can divert call traffic away from the line provider (eg: BT or TELKOM) direct to a customers desired alternative call provider.
The units recognise the first few digits dialled as to whether it is a mobile, local, or international call, and then depending on what the CPS Dialler been programmed to do, will automatically pre-dial the access code for any given call type. They can also be programmed to insert the local area code.
The units can be connected to either standard Analogue PSTN lines or Centrex Lines. The Units can be programmed with up to 9 different carriers for different call types.
Orchid Telecom can provide both branded Dialler Boxes for the single line solution and Line Cards for the Multi Line solutions. Alternative cabinet designs are available upon request and MOQ's apply.
The units are small and compact, easy to program and install and ensures the end user continues to use the alternative service provider: No need to remember to pre-dial as the access codes are automatically dialled – the CPS Dialler ensures the provider gets the maximum revenue from call charges and reduces customer churn.
