Support - for the duration of the licence, the holder or their representative will be entitled to unlimited remote assistance for the installation, programming and use of the product. This can be given via web based tools, telephone, email or a combination thereof.

Software Upgrades - Exclusive to licence holders. PBX Systems and Key Systems can be upgraded to accommodate PC Billing, Call Logging and PC Programing. Download Installation and User Guides to be provided upon request of the licence holder.

3 Year Warranty - In addition to the first 12 months, a further 24 months apply giving you additional protection against product failure.

Preferential Upgrade - Should at any time for the duration of this license, you need to upgrade to a bigger system, the license holder will be offered exclusive preferential rates. They will also be entitled to transfer the remainder of the licence and extend it accordingly for the new product.

New Product Offerings - The licence holder will be kept informed of all Orchid products and offerings available via a media of their choice, for which preferential rates will apply to the licence holder.
